Return, Exchange, and Reaction Policy

At Blue Velvet Beauty Bar, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, ease note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on both in store and online orders. We kindly ask that you follow the usage instructions provided to avoid any adverse reactions or issues.

If you experience an adverse reaction to a skincare product, stop using it immediately and contact us at bluevelvetbeautybar@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the reaction and a brief description of what happened, along with any other skincare products you were using at the time. Reactions may occur due to mixing products that don’t work well together or, in some cases, a skin allergy. We will assist you in identifying the cause.

Please note:We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied, but we ask that you carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and instructions before making a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Blue Velvet Beauty Bar ships all orders via Canada Post, we are currently only shipping across Canada.

Canada Post shipping fees are determined by the recipient's address, along with the weight and size of the package. *Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, seasonal factors, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Products will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.Once order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking Clients who prefer in-person pickup may select this option at checkout. Email bluevelvetbeautybar@gmail.com to schedule a pickup time.

Quality packaging and delivery is always important for us. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email bluevelvetbeautybar@gmail.com with an image and description of your issue.

BVBB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.

BVBB is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

We strive to keep our storefront fully stocked with your favorite skincare products. However, due to high demand, some of our best-selling products may occasionally be out of stock or on back order. Rest assured, we are constantly reordering and restocking the products you love. If the item you're interested in is currently unavailable, please feel free to reach out via email at bluevelvetbeautybar@gmail.com, and we would be happy to notify you as soon as it's back in stock.

Product Selection:

While we carry a curated selection of top-selling products from Glymed, HYDRINITY, and Colorescience—based on client preferences and personal favorites—we do not carry the full range of products from these brands. If you’re interested in a product not listed on our site, please contact us via email, and I’d be happy to create a custom order for you.
